Because every item is made specifically for you when you place your order through our partnering organization, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selected
- Change of mind
- Color preference
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days with photos and we'll make it right.
